| Dear Ms/Mr, I am looking for the apartment in Nice from ***** December. I got the postdoc position in immunology and I will stay in Nice for one year, maybe longer. I have a little dog, french poodle that will live with me. I liked the apartment ***** ***** / but anything similar would do. It would be great to be close to University of Sciences. Is the price with monthly utilities included? What is your agency fee? is it obligatory to pay the rent for several months in advance or it is on monthly basis?
