This section of ground belongs to the home owners association of Vaalmarina and they are in charge of the upkeep. This is not a necessity you only join if you want to. Vaalmarina has a police station, community watch, and a security company (all 3 work together to keep the community safe). Vaalmarina has little to no crime, very safe and secure. You can keep the stand for as long as you like before you have to start building, your plans must be handed in at Midvaal Council for approval, if its approved you can put up your structure.
