Long term rent apartment in Nice. So the beach is about 15 minutes walk away, or when we are feeling lazy we can take the tram two stops and walk from there. Everything that downtown life has to offer is very close to us. Lots of shops on rue Lépante, next to us, with fine food shops, large supermarkets, bookstores, electronics, everything. What we like here is that it is less crowded, less touristy, more authentic niçois. We may be the only foreigners in our building. Security is fine, we have had no incident.
