Only 5 minutes by car from the center of Théoule and its sandy beaches and restaurants,  15-20 minutes walk from beach.

1st level is the level of the pool

There are the following premises:

- Large lounge with dining area and panoramic views of the sea and the Lerins Islands. Direct access to the terrace and the swimming pool.

- Spacious kitchen, fully equipped, has a large table with chairs for fans to organize gatherings in the kitchen.

From the kitchen there is access to the terrace where you can have breakfast and enjoy the cool and quiet of early morning with panoramic views of the sea.

View from the bedroom windows on the third level is limited, due to the architectural features of the structure.
 

Garden: Consisting of Mediterranean vegetation, pine trees, eucalyptus trees, oleanders and numerous shrubs, flowering all year round.

Cozy relaxing area with tables and benches for lovers of peace and privacy.

The poolside terrace is very large and roomy. Large swimming pool and pool house, with a large dining table and barbecue.

On the second floor you will find a large relaxing area with table and soft sofas, perfect chill out place!

Price: 25 000 per month, weekly price on request
