| Hi we are planning to move down to Antibes permanently. We need to be there for the start of the next school year at the latest. We were thinking to move down at the start of July or we could come at the end of August, whichever suits to obtain the best property. I appreciate that is some time away. Can you tell that monthly price for this property please. As it is very nice and we could rent earlier for something like this. We are moving from London. Can you please tell me the procedure for renting in France, what deposit is required to be paid, what references you will need and what other fees are payable. We are very seriously about moving and we are also looking into school for our children. Your response would be appreciated particularly in relation to this particular property. Kind regards Rachel |
